Projects must demonstrate knowledge of a learning target, and must be exemplary. To create a project pick a learning target that you did not score as well on, then create a project that shows how well you understand it. projects will be graded on the same scale that test learning targets are, and do not guarantee that you will increase your score, however they will not hurt your score.
